Πολύ καλή εμπειρία. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό! Ο Fred άψογος και με χιούμορ! Αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε έστω και αν βρίσκεστε στο Παρίσι για διακοπές.

A delightful and memorable experience!
We had a fantastic time at this Morning Market French cooking class earlier this week. The experience began with a trip to the local market, followed by a hands-on session in the kitchen where we prepared a full three-course lunch. The group was small and intimate, which made for great conversation and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Our chef was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole process both educational and fun. With wine, cheese, and plenty of laughs along the way, it was truly a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience French cuisine in an authentic and enjoyable way!

Paulo was an exceptional guide! Paulo was extremely detailed in explaining ingredients and how the different items came from different regions. Learning about different regulations and standards set in France made me excited to see the food we were making. Learning how to read labels was a bonus!
Paulo was great about demonstrating how to cook the various ingredients. Through Paulo’s guiding, we were able to try make different techniques and foods that we normally couldn’t master. Paulo made the environment upbeat and engaging. Learning how to cook classic French food is no easy guide, but Paulo gave us all the confidence we needed to great a splendid meal! I loved Paulo answering all our questions along the way, so we will know how to make the dishes at home. Had a wonderful evening with the group and Paulo! (Cooking AND dining together). Incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to dip their toes into French cuisine!

We’ve taken two evening market and cooking classes with Frederic, both were incredible. Not only did we prepare and eat delicious food, but Frederic also shared the history and chemistry of French food culture. The staff were all kind and very responsive (thank you Larissa) during the planning process.
We enjoyed an evening with new friends in a lovely space. I cannot recommend Le Foodist enough. Thank you Fred for assembling a wonderful team. Frederic is a gem, we will be back. À bientôt !

Absolutely delightful day with Chef Stéphane! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm, cheerful, and inviting. Chef Stéphane was not only a culinary wizard but also the life of the party—charming, hilarious, and endlessly patient as he guided us through the art of macaron-making. We were laughing, learning, and nibbling along the way! The space itself is a cozy, picture-perfect setup that makes you feel like you're baking in a storybook kitchen. If you've got a few hours to spare and a love for French sweets or savory delights, this experience is a must. Our macarons turned out scrumptious—and yes, we’re already planning our next session!

A Culinary Experience Like No Other – The Pinnacle of Cooking Classes!
We’ve taken cooking classes all over the world, but our experience with Le Foodist in Paris was truly the absolute pinnacle. From start to finish, everything was impeccably curated and genuinely unforgettable.
The day began with a trip to the local market, where we shopped for fresh vegetables and an incredible variety of cheeses. The strawberries in particular were out of this world—bursting with flavor in a way we’ve never experienced in the U.S. It was a reminder of how exceptional local produce can be when it’s seasonal and perfectly ripe.
Once in the kitchen, we were introduced to techniques for preparing vegetables, our main course, and dessert that were entirely new to us—unique, practical, and deeply rooted in French culinary tradition. We learned so much, and we’re excited to take these methods home with us.
The space itself was first class, beautifully appointed, and the table setting looked like it belonged in a magazine spread—elegant, inviting, and truly special.
Our chef and guide, Frédéric, made the day even more extraordinary. He is warm, engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a fantastic sense of humor. His passion for food and teaching shone through every step of the experience.
If you’re considering a cooking class in Paris, don’t hesitate—this is the one. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned cook, you will walk away enriched, inspired, and very well-fed. Highly, highly recommended!

I took two classes here: croissant and baguette (which also included brioche and cibatta). There were all amazing! Florence was my teacher for both and she was great at teaching us the skills and techniques in the art of bread baking. She was knowledgeable, passionate about baking, and I learned so much about bread from her! I just gotten into sourdough bread making and wanted to deepen my knowledge on yeast breads; her course helped me in my journey of artisan breads. The kitchen is professional and very clean. Being a traveler in Paris, this class made my trip more fun and memorable!
