Atelier Maître Albert

Αρκετά ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει και για να ανεχτώ την νευρωτική συμπεριφορά την σερβιτόρας όταν ζήτησα να ψήσουν περισσότερο την πάπια μου! Είναι εκεί για να με εξυπηρετεί και όχι να θυμώνει με το πως θέλω ΕΓΩ να φάω την πανάκριβη πάπια τους! Απαράδεκτο επίσης να μην συνοδεύουν με αυτές τις τιμές το κρέας και να πρέπει να πληρώσω επιπλέον το συνοδευτικό μου! Πρέπει να ξανασκεφτούν το μενού τους και το προσωπικό τους!

I had the pleasure of dining at Atelier Maître Albert, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The restaurant exudes a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, perfectly blending modern elegance with warmth and comfort. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely gracious, making me feel well cared for throughout the evening. The service was impeccable—efficient without ever feeling rushed, and always accompanied by thoughtful recommendations. The ambiance, with its sophisticated décor and intimate lighting, set the stage for a relaxed yet luxurious dining experience. Overall, Atelier Maître Albert delivers not just a meal, but a memorable occasion. With its beautiful setting and top-tier service, it is the perfect place for anyone seeking both fine dining and a truly inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Pedimos um prato da casa que era pra compartilhar e de fato era suficiente para 2 ou até 3 pessoas. A sobremesa estava muito perfumada e gostosa. O vinho recomendado também era excelente. Com relação ao ambiente, deixei 4 estrelas porque fazia um calor absurdo dentro do restaurante. Ele tem brasa, o ambiente é fechado e estávamos no verão, me senti quase em uma sauna. Mas não deixou de ser uma experiência gastronômica boa.

和左岸的觀光景點以及對岸的聖母院都不遠，不過是在一個非常安靜的巷子內，是那種過五分鍾可能都不會有一輛機車(!)經過的巷弄。推開在這個安靜的巷子的Atelier Maître Albert的門進入之後的空間可能又更奇異，這個米其林指南描述是針對一個建造於文藝復興時期建物的內部裝潢設計的空間儼如一個黝黑靜謐的洞穴，在裡頭似乎會無法判斷外頭是黑夜還是陽光當頭的中午，而這樣的環境和餐廳主打的烤肉(部份網站以"rotisserie"描述但我傾向用"game"因為餐廳牆上那面寫著一堆"hunt"的藝術)非常相符，然後雖然大空間有著靜謐的洞穴感，環境設計卻不會流於枯燥或"stony"，主因石牆上搭配的各式有個性的藝術包括剛提到的活潑的hunt塗鴉字樣的創作。除了最裡頭的座席區，較靠外頭、臨街的包括吧台的座席區的整體質感也是滿分(還有美好的採光)，整體而言我給這個一入座之後就會不由自主地放鬆的用餐環境五星。料理部份也是非常不錯，前菜的水果與醬汁的搭配細膩豐富，是典型fine dining的路線；主餐的招牌的烤小羊腿排或可算小小一絕，可從肉本身與醬汁兩大部份來說，肉本身無論是火候、滋味、香氣等等俱臻頂級，搭配滋味有些奇妙的醬汁入口後滋味會變得更奇妙，說實話若問我單就這份烤羊肉來說可能會更偏好醬汁感少一些些的風味，但這100%是手法路線的問題而和料理品質或美味程度完全無關，事後想想若餐廳可考慮將醬汁稍微以更「分離」的方式安排盤中品項是否有機會創造更多彈性與可能性？無論如何這沒有其他菜料、只有肉和醬的烤羊小羊排都是很enjoyable，頗喜歡。整體而言對我來說不愧是名廚Guy Savoy所設計的菜單品項，中午時要在聖母院左近來一個fine dining相信Atelier Maître Albert絕對是一個優異的選擇。 Server的態度親切有禮積極。 非常推薦

The chicken was inedible, so overcooked that I left it on my plate. No one asked why I didn't eat it. The kitchen plated it knowing it was over cooked and staff didn't want to know why I didn't eat it. I will say the salad with chicken liver was delicious. The desserts were satisfactory as was the rack of lamb. Good wine list.

너무 완벽한 식사였습니다. 역대급으로 친절하시고 신경 써 주시고 음식도 너무 맛있고. 위치도 좋습니다. 여기 왜 안 오실까요? 정말 완벽 함.

My family and I did not have a reservation. We took a chance as walk-ins, and as luck would have it, they had one table left. As we walked into the restaurant, the aroma of fresh thyme roasting with the chicken immediately welcomed us. They have an amazing and extensive wine menu. Not knowing which red would pair best with the duck and roasted chicken, I asked the server to surprise me. She made a fabulous choice! The wine paired beautifully with my delicious meal. Even after we left the restaurant, my family was still raving about how great the experience and the food were.
