Macaron & Ganache Workshop Review This workshop was absolutely amazing! I learned how to make the best macarons ever — perfectly smooth, delicious, and beautiful. The instructor made everything so easy to understand, and the hands-on experience was so much fun. I left feeling confident, inspired, and excited to bake more at home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to master the art of macarons and ganache — truly a perfect experience! Also my extremely beautiful and kindhearted instructor gifted me with some extra macarons to take home for my kids. She was definitely the sweetest ♥️

I took the croissant and pain au chocolat baking class. It was a lot of fun to learn the techniques and take home the goods we made. The classes are small as well so you get to know the people you take the class with. Definitely would recommend for those that one a different taste of Paris.

Our family of four with two teen/tweens had a wonderful time with Galle in the macaron making class. We learned so many new things and had so much fun. We also each walked away with 15 macarons - much more than we thought! This was worth every penny and was a priceless experience for our baking-loving daughter. Thank you so much!

Wonderful, patient, kind, perfect pace of class. Gaëlle was our macaron chef for the class and was AMAZING!!! She was very organized. We had a small group & the class was very easy to follow. Would definitely do again!

I really loved this class. I came visiting from the US and wanted to learn how to make croissants like the masters! I’ve taken a similar class in the US as well so I feel like I can compare the two well. The class was very well organized and when I arrived they had water available to drink and places to sit. The lesson was easy to follow and really fun! One memory that sticks out is when our instructor had us sort of smack the dough onto the table and then roll it out with our hand and pull it back. As we did this the instructor asked us to pay attention to the texture and feel it change from somewhat grainy to smooth and elastic. The instructor was also very conversational and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to learn the pastry arts from the masters! Thank you!

I took the bicolour croissant class and it was really good. Class is structured well to allow you to do all the different steps (which are usually spaced over many hours) to make croissants, partly using dough already made. I feel confident to tackle making these at home. Really worth doing! Because the class moves quickly we were discouraged from taking notes and told the recipe would be supplied at the end of the class. I don’t think the recipe captures all the details of what we learned, I wish we were either able to take notes or the recipe was more detailed.

We had the best time making croissants and pain au chocolat!! I attended the class with my husband and 16 year old daughter. While making croissant pastry is a very technical process, everything was explained well and our instructor was more than willing to jump in and assist to make sure we were successful. The kitchen was clean and well organized. At the end of the class we were able to eat our croissants or pain ai chocolat fresh out of the oven with coffee or tea. I honestly was not expecting it to taste as good as it did. They tasted AMAZING. I highly highly recommend taking this class if you have a mature teenager (16 I think is minimum age). She LOVED this experience as did my husband and I. A great memory from a great trip. Each person gets to take "home" 4 croissant and 4 pain au chocolat. We scheduled the class on our last day in Paris so we were able to bring home lots of fresh pastries to our family and friends back home!!
