I applied for a student visa and paid for a year of tuition in full as needed for the visa application process. I was told by the school via email and as stated on their website, if my visa was denied I would receive a full tuition refund. My visa was denied and I submitted the required refund request via the school website. Over the past two months I have made 3 official requests through their Reclamation site, sent over 20 emails to the school and still NO REFUND. This has been the most stressful experience and I cannot get any response. I paid 3700€ to this school that I cannot get back. I have now had to hire an attorney in France to assist with getting my money back. It’s already frustrating to have your visa denied. To then have the school you trusted in the process refuse to refund tuition paid is even more painful. Their information is confusing and whenever I email them, they ask me to call. When I call, they ask me to come in person instead of sharing the basic details on email. The sales team is highly unprofessional. I was in the summer intensive program from the first day and that went on for two months. We were able to go from A.1 and finish some of A.2 during this time. Charlotte was our teacher and she is an incredible person! She always made it known that she wanted us to learn and advance in the french language. I learned a great amount in my time here and was able to meet wonderful people from all around the world! I was with Elsa and started at level A2 and finished at the start of C1. Elsa is such an incredible teacher and I would highly recommend Campus Langues to anyone looking for language classes in Paris. The classes are quite affordable and the students are from all over the world which allows you to meet and connect with lots of new people.
