Le Cordon Bleu Paris

Μια σχολή πρότυπο με πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο διοικητικό και εκπαιδευτικό προσωπικό. Πολύ ωραία και μεγάλα εργαστήρια μαγειρικής και ζαχαροπλαστικής ενώ παράλληλα εξελιγμένα μηχανήματα και εξοπλισμός. Ο χώρος της σχολής είναι πεντακάθαρος και έχει πολλές σημάνσεις. Σε κεντρικό σημείο του Παρισιού.

Oh my goodness- just take the class, workshop or visit. I took the workshop for viennoiserie class and it was everything I hoped for and more. The instruction was excellent and I could not believe I made croissants, pain aux chocolat and brioche. It was very hands on and I felt like I can make them at home. To add to all this we got to take home these yummy pastries- so yummy. The best croissant I’ve ever had and I made it! You get to keep your apron, hat and towel and they give you a very nice cooler bag. The people I met in the class were wonderful too. This was something I have wanted to do for 30 years and it was better than I could have imagined!

This was my dream come true. I have dreamed of cooking at Le Cordon Bleu. Julia Child was a wonderful idol. The teacher was phenomenal and the cafe had amazing desserts. They also have a gift shop which has great little finds. I Love this place.

If you, like me, are a very amateur baker but who are very intrigued and want to get a glimpse of the most accurate and impressive world of baking - a traditional baking workshop is the place! Croissants, sweet and salty brioches, and more and more... So although I probably won't be able to apply most of what I learned there at home, it was an extraordinary, pleasant and professional experience and the staff was super friendly and everything was delicious (by the way, you get a lot of pastries that you baked yourself to take away home...)

J'ai reçu en cadeau un cours de boulangerie. L'atelier était de qualité et dispensé en français mais également en anglais. Nous avons tous reçu une tenue, tablier, calot, torchon, sac isotherme et saca pain. Nous avons pétri nous-mêmes nos pains et fougasse à la fois avec le robot mais également à la main. Je salue la qualité de la pédagogie qui m'a permis de mieux comprendre mes erreurs à la maison et les astuces pour obtenir un produit bien réalisé.

Это был волшебный опыт побывать в школе моей Мечты!!! В мой день рождения мой муж и я отправились посмотреть на эту школу и как же мне повезло! Мы встретили так много внимательных и добрых людей. В маленьком магазине мы увидели множество интересных для кондитера вещей, книгу "Школа кондитерского мастерства" и многое другое! Там же мы встретили студентку этой школы, которая говорила на моём языке и она провела нам экскурсию по школе, всё показала, рассказала и даже сделала подарок - десерт! Это было восхитительно! Надеюсь когда-нибудь я смогу учиться в этой школе!

Dreamt of Learning from one of the Top cooking schools in the world and Viola! Chef Frederic Hoël is an amazing Pastry Chef. Lovely Tips that I never had known before! Pastry class was amazing!!! I'd totally recommend. I'm ecstatic to try more on my own from what I learnt from here
