Amazing yoga teacher, but €32 for a packed room is too much. Everyone would get more out of the class if there were fewer people in it — especially since it’s described as being for all levels. Beginners often need more guidance and adjustments, and they could even risk getting hurt trying to keep up with the pace of the more advanced students.
Good studio with high-quality yoga teachers, I absolutely enjoyed Romain’s classes be it Modo Flow, Vinyasa or Yin. Air ventilation could be improved, you easily smell the sweat as soon as you walk in each studio, although it’s not a deal-breaker for many people it does affect the yoga experience especially because the rooms are heated properly during class. Classes are too full, it would be a much better experience to have maybe 5 less people per class. Spacious changing room although more hand towels or a paper towel dispenser would be great (many other studios have this). The main issue is the lockers whose locks are constantly stuck that we always need to ask for the master key from reception. Wish this could be looked at.
It’s sad because the room are very nice but they overbook their classes so badly you do not have any space to move or you touch other people! At some point a guy’s head touched my butt, that’s how close everyone is. I think this shows extreme greed from the Modo Yoga owners, please remove a few people from each class even if it means losing a few dollars. Do not recommend.
I came to class today (July 28, 2025) hoping for a calm, supportive experience. Before class started, a girl asked me to open the door, and I politely held it for her. The instructor Romain B Bourlanges then approached me, spoke in a harsh, arrogant tone, and told me to "behave," saying it wasn’tmy studio. His manner was needlessly aggressive and put me into a panic state.. There was no reason to speak to me like that for opening a door. The interaction felt humiliating and hostile. I was shaken, went into a panic, and ended up leaving in tears without taking the class. Yoga spaces should be safe, compassionate, and inclusive. This experience was the opposite. I’m sharing this so others are aware and in the hope the studio provides training on professional. I won’t be back unless I hear that this instructor learn how to behave and study how to be mindful about his words and actions.
I was literally 3 mins late because I couldn’t find the place. It’s super hidden and I walked around for 10 mins trying to find it. I booked with a friend and they let her in although she was late as well ? Make it make sense.. discrimination at it’s finest. I was in Paris for a few days and had heard about this place which is why I booked. I will absolutely never return
L’un des meilleurs studio de Paris ! Atmosphère, qualité des équipements et bien sur des cours. Seul bémol : tapis à 2€
