Jivamukti Yoga Paris

Jivamukti Yoga Paris is absolutely the best yoga studio in Paris! I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade in NYC and Mexico, and this place is definitely became my second home when i am in Paris. The ambiance, the teachers, the front desk ladies, Sonia (one of the owners of the studio)… everything and everyone makes this place very welcoming and inviting. And love their new merchandise! We need more places like that in the world.

this studio is a place called home - from lovely human beings to animals, everyone is welcoming and interested for you to have a beautiful experience. Both yoga shalas are carrying a comfortable spirit, they even have a cafe where you can work from and enjoy vegan nourishments. Class schedule is amazing, always found a suitable time suiting to my calendar! Teachers are an authentic blessing and open hearted. Overall a center for internal work and a space to create lovely community. Big love!

Jivamukti Yoga Paris is so special! I was there for my 75 hrs Teacher Training in April 2025. The team is super qualified and really makes this place feel like home. The participants were from all over the world - I love that international vibe. The practice consists of physically strong sequences blended with philosophy and chanting. The small vegan cafe also makes it a social place. Best vegan chocolate cake at the cafe! Give it a try 🙂

I first discovered Jivamukti Yoga in New York back in 2015, and it was love at first class. Later, I dove deeper into it when I moved to Paris. JYP is well located in a vibrant - lively neighbourhood near the canal. The studio itself has a bright vibe. I've taken many classes there and found most of the teachers to be truly inspiring. Some classes can get quite packed, so I highly recommend booking in advance. One of the things I love is that they offer 8am classes—a rare find in Paris. (most studios start around 9:30am.) It's the perfect way to start your day! Really hope you get a chance to experience this special place.

Excellent studio de yoga, où la qualité de l’enseignement se ressent à chaque cours. Le programme Mysore est guidé avec une grande expertise et bienveillance par Gibran, et les cours de Jivamukti avec Laure et Katia sont tout simplement inspirants. Un lieu que je recommande sans hésiter à tous les amoureux du yoga, débutants comme avancés.

Practicing Ashtanga Mysore daily here — where discipline meets laughter, lessons, and moments of "Why am I doing all of this?" My teacher Gibran mostly just says "Breathe…" Finished Part 1 of the Intensive Ashtanga Training — learned tons, laughed even more — and looking forward to Part 2 soon! Jivamukti classes with Ian and Laure are also awesome ! Lovely people, super kind front desk team, cozy shala, chill café, and endless lessons in patience, sweat, and smiles. Deep gratitude ❤️

By far the best yoga studio in Paris ! The staff is super welcoming and kind and Shane’s classes are always so informative and energizing. I leave every session feeling great. Such a gem of a studio, it truly feels like a safe and supportive space. Thank you so much ! 🙂
