Big Band Poterie

I really wanted to love this pottery studio — it was supposed to be a happy and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. Before dropping off my work, I asked the staff several times what would be needed when picking it up. Each time, they assured me that I only needed to bring the receipt. I even asked if I should confirm by text or phone before coming, but they confidently told me there was no need, as it would definitely be ready in two weeks. Two weeks later, I came back — only to be told it wasn’t ready yet, and that I should come again. So I did. The second time, I sent a friend to pick it up with both the receipt and a photo, only for the staff to suddenly ask for extra details. If this information was actually required, it would have been nice to know beforehand. Otherwise, what’s the point of confirming everything so carefully? My friend had trouble reaching me while I was working — and I couldn’t help but wonder, would I have needed to come a third time just to collect a finished piece? A bit of clear communication could have made all the difference. I’ve been to other pottery studios that send a simple message once the work is ready — it’s such a small gesture, but it shows respect for customers’ time. Sadly, this place missed that part completely.

Pour un moment de détente, de création ou de loisir, Big Bang Poterie est l'endroit idéal pour passer du temps a modeler, créer et designer des objets d'art et de la poterie a base d'argile, tout en ayant un accompagnement et un service clientèle impeccable. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

J’ai passé un excellent moment au Big Band Poterie ce dimanche avec ma maman pour la fête des mères. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et guidées par Laetitia. Nul besoin d’avoir des notions de poterie, tout est très bien expliqué. Le lieu est incroyable, vous repartirez détendu.e et avec un objet unique. Alors foncez-y !

Quel accueil et quelle attention personnalisée! Je recommande très fort ce lieu unique, une ancienne salle de concert de jazz restée dans son jus, et son équipe constituée d’Alice et Laetitia qui vous guideront et conseilleront dans votre démarche créative. Créer un objet unique, le décorer et l’offrir ou le garder, quelle bonne idée

We had a really great time here! What a pleasant surprise this place was. The owner is super friendly and helpful, and even though both of us had never tried pottery before, she walked us through it. My girlfriend (that pretty face on the pictures) has wanted to try pottery for a long time, and this was her first experience doing so. Now she doesn't talk about anything else. So I guess she found a now hobby that day. Thanks for the experience! We will come down and pick up our masterpieces this week.
