J’ai eu la chance de suivre une formation HACCP avec une formatrice au top ! Très pédagogue, claire et à l’écoute, elle a su rendre le contenu accessible et concret, même pour ceux qui débutent en restauration. On a bien revu toutes les règles essentielles : températures, allergènes, hygiène en cuisine… Je repars avec des bases solides et des conseils pratiques pour mon fast-food.
