My name is Nasir Javed, and I’m from Pakistan. I was admitted to Collège de Paris, but unfortunately, my French student visa was refused. As per the refund policy, I submitted all required documents for a refund request. However, even after more than 130 days, I have not received my money back.
What makes this experience worse is the complete lack of transparency, communication, and accountability from the people involved. While other students in similar situations have already received their refunds, my case has been ignored despite repeated follow-ups.
The key individuals involved in my case are:

Among them, Syed Asif bears primary responsibility, as he was the main point of contact and agent who facilitated my admission and promised support throughout the process. Sadly, once the visa was refused, that support vanished.
I’ve followed every instruction, submitted documents multiple times, and waited patiently. But after 130 days, the silence is unacceptable. I’m sharing this experience so that other international students can be aware of how poorly refund cases are being handled. If you are considering this institution, I strongly advise caution, especially if you are relying on agents or are applying from overseas.

My visa got refused 5 months ago but didn't received my refund till now.
Say BIG NO to this College if you really want to don't waste your time and money.

My name is Mohsin Kamal Gujjar, a student from Pakistan who was accepted into Collège de Paris. Unfortunately, my visa application was rejected, and I applied for a refund, as per the institution’s policy.
I processed my admission through the Indian representative team led by Mr. Syed Asif. Despite completing all necessary formalities and waiting patiently, from January 1st, 2025, to May 20th, 2025, no progress has been made on my refund. This delay is extremely disappointing, especially considering that other students in similar situations have already received their refunds.
What adds to my frustration is the lack of communication and transparency. If there is an internal issue with a specific agent or team, students should not be made to suffer for it. This is not just a financial burden, but also an emotional and mental strain that no student should have to endure.
I have now decided to escalate the matter to the European Consumer Centre France and will launch an online campaign to raise awareness if no resolution is provided.
I urge the college administration to take immediate action. An institution of international standing must operate with fairness, responsibility, and respect toward its students.
Please treat this matter with the urgency and integrity it deserves.
