Πολύ καλή εμπειρία. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό! Ο Fred άψογος και με χιούμορ! Αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε έστω και αν βρίσκεστε στο Παρίσι για διακοπές.
Taking a cooking class at Le Foodist was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Paris! The day began with a market visit, where Chef Paolo guided us through choosing fresh ingredients and shared so many insights into French food culture. It was such a fun and immersive way to start the experience. Back in the kitchen, we prepared an incredible menu: beef bourguignon with rice pilaf, fresh salmon tartare, and a beautifully poached pear for dessert. Every dish was hands-on, fun to make, and even more fun to enjoy together at the table. Paolo was a fantastic instructor…knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely delightful to talk to. He explained techniques clearly, offered great cooking tips, and made the whole experience feel both relaxed and educational. From the bustling market to the delicious final meal, this was the perfect way to experience Paris through its food. I left with new skills, wonderful memories, and a true appreciation for French cuisine. I can’t recommend Le Foodist (and Paolo!) highly enough!
We did private cooking class for a work function (we were 9). Fred was so amazing, cracking jokes & keeping us busy cooking. We had so much fun cooking & then the wine & food was excellent. The space was beautiful. Highly recommended
Paolo was an incredible chef! We were visiting from the U.S. and had a great time at this cooking class. We learned a lot about French cuisine, and cooking techniques in general - including some techniques that we can replicate at home. We did the option without the market visit, but still had a full experience. Our chef Paolo had a very welcoming and patient personality - he made the class very fun while also making sure the food was delicious. Facilities were clean and modern. The wine was flowing while cooking and once eating dinner, which we appreciated! Be sure to submit your food allergies and any preferences you have because they will tailor the menu accordingly. Definitely recommend!
Went back for a second pastry class, Eclairs (after enjoying the macaron class earlier) and learned a lot in just a little time. Chef Stephane carefully watches you do each step to make sure you end up baking something good. The couple of hours fly by; it’s both challenging and fun!
A delightful and memorable experience! We had a fantastic time at this Morning Market French cooking class earlier this week. The experience began with a trip to the local market, followed by a hands-on session in the kitchen where we prepared a full three-course lunch. The group was small and intimate, which made for great conversation and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Our chef was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole process both educational and fun. With wine, cheese, and plenty of laughs along the way, it was truly a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience French cuisine in an authentic and enjoyable way!
Spending an evening at "Le Foodist" was the most fun thing I did on my recent trip to Paris. I used to cook a bit when the kids were younger but now retired, we gravitate to street food and pizza. In order to get back in the groove, I booked a class. Paulo, the chef/instructor was wonderful. There were four students and we spent about three hours in a professional kitchen, chopping, dicing, whipping, poaching, sautéing, and yes, drinking. The menu was French Onion soup, Coq au vin Ballotine, Poire Belle Hêlène, home-made vanilla ice cream, and snacking on left over Macarons from the afternoon class. Dinner was paired with two wines, a Pinot and Sautern, and wonderful conversation. We finished up at 10:30 or so and I walked back from the 7th to the 4th with a full stomach and wonderful memories. I’ll be back
